Curatorial Description
Crafted on traditional narrow double-heddle strip looms by artisans in Kumasi under the direction of Kofi Mensah. Bands of natural unbleached cotton, vat-dyed botanical indigo, sage olive, and terracotta are stitched together with fringed ends. Substantial, tactile, and luxuriously soft.
